Marble Run

Today we were making a marble run it was really fun and really cool to make we made our one really,really hard.

Kei Te Pehea Te Ahua O Te Rangi?

Hi today we were learning how to say the weather in Maori it was really fun and a little bit easy and a little bit hard at the same time but it was lots of fun.  

Taha Tiana

 Today we were learning how to say what is our favourite sport in sign language. I like doing these because it's super fun and a little bit easy.

Myths,Legends,fables

 Today we were explain myths,legends and fables it was really fun doing it was easy because there was video that helped.

Myth & Legends Rata Me Te Rakau

 Today we learn a myth about a man named Rata. He was looking for a big,long,straight tree so that he could make a waka. for his people Then he found a perfect tree so he cut the tree down he was tired so he went to sleep and lifted the tree in the same place.

Taha Hinagaro

Today we were learning about Taha Hinegaro. Emotional well begins also its sign language so we did it in sign language it was fun learning about it.

Te Taha Wairua

Today this morning we were learning about Taha Wairua we had to record ourselves or do something else then record. and say any kind of object and say it in moari.

Australia to host Rugby Championship

Today we did another Kiwi kids news blog post. I'm one about rugby. New Zealand against australia New Zealand lost so australia had to host the world rugby championship.

Pringles

Today we were on kiwi kids news we were learning about pringles. We found out that these tall boxes are one of the hardest to recycle.

Oral Language Game

Today we were playing an oral game in literacy. We had to mark where the mouse went and where the cat went. It was a very fun game. I think you would like the game too. It is very fun. Here is my map , this is what it looks like you have to draw arrows where the mouse and cat went.  Also it can help you with your English,listening and how to pronounce words well speaking out loud.

Te Taha Tinana

Today we were learning about Te Taha Tinana we had to do 5 poses this was very fun to do because we could make up our poses or use the poses that's already done.

Cross Country

Last week on Friday we had cross country it was really fun and to those who haven't ran yet had a dance battle. 

Taha Hinegaro

Today we were learning about Taha Hinegaro which is emotional well being in class. We were doing tai chi in class for emotional well being to keep you relaxed,calm and fit.

Te Horeta

Today we were learning about Te Horeta. He was a young boy in 1769. He was a brave little boy once there was a huge boat coming. When they arrived in NZ they greeted each other. Everyone was a bit scared but Te Horeta wasn't scared. when they pulled out their gun there shot a bird in the distance everyone got scared from the sound of the gun everyone hid behind the trees and bushes but Te Horeta wasn't. After that James cook the owner of the boat allowed them onto his boat there traded some stuff of their own for their stuff. Te Horeta traded his clothes for something very important to him. I really liked this because he was a brave strong boy who wasn't afraid of anything.

Polyfest Maori Stage

Today for maths we were learning about adding,subtract,times and percentage it was fun because it was about polyfest. it was maori language week so we learnt about the maori group the question was how long does it take for the boys to put the Ta Moko on. or how many people can be on the stage. Some of the questions were easy.

Taha Whaunu

Today we were learning about Taha Whaunu. It said write something you or your family member has celebrated. so I have written it about my brother because he's is celebrating something

Best Day Ever Sample

Today we had to write the best day with my family. The best day with my family was when we went to the pools and then to KFC. whats your best day with your family???

On Friday I had the best day ever. My family and my Mum’s aunty and her family came over. We meet at the panmure pools. I saw my cousins already in the water playing,while My brother was singing I asked him if I could get a vip pass and he said yes. The vip let me into all the places like the bombing pool and the water slide and other things too. When I walked over to my cousins I asked them if they wanted to go to the water slide and there said yes. So we went on the slide we kept on going and going and going until we got board. They said they were a bit tired so they went and sat down. While I went on and played. I went to the bombing while I was walking. I saw a lot of people there doing cool bombs. When they jumped off and hit the water  there, water went High up in the air. Then after that it was my turn to jump. When I jumped I did what the other people did when I jumped. The water went up into the air after the bombing pool closed. We went to kfc and ate lots of food. It was very nice then we all had to go back home.

The Icky Sticky Spider

Today in Literacy we were reading about The icky sticky spider. it was about a spider there were talking about the spider's web and how it lays lots of eggs.  Here is a google draw I made about the spider

 Today we were make patterns about cook island language week I made a pattern about a turtle and a stingray.

Planetarium

Today we were learning about the planetarium and here are 2 Things I learnt from the planetarium story is why it's made out like a circle and also I learnt that stars are made out of hot gas.
