What I Would Do If I Was Prime Minister?

  What would I do if i was prime minister?  If I was Prime Minister I would ask every college student in New Zealand to charge less money because college students would have to pay 2,000 dollars or higher, and some families could not afford that. Also there are people who are losing their jobs during lock-down so I would make it easy for people that don’t have a job to have a job. Paragraph 1 

Also I would donate some money to poor people in New Zealand. To help them get a job and warm clothes and enough food to eat everyday. And encourage little kids and college kids to study hard. Also I would give them free books for every person that is still in school. Paragraph 2

What I would mostly care about is the environment because lots and lots of people drop their rubbish anywhere there like. And also I would wanna ban plastic bags because it is very harmful to animals. And also it is only good for 2-3 hours people are trying to make other people buy it because there cut down the price of the plastic bags there are now 30 cents.3 paragraph 

 Today for maths we were learning algebra patterns and math.

 Today we learn a myth about a man named Rata. He was looking for a big,long,straight tree so that he could make a waka. for his people Then he found a perfect tree so he cut the tree down he was tired so he went to sleep and lifted the tree in the same place.

Today we were on kiwi kids news we were learning about pringles. We found out that these tall boxes are one of the hardest to recycle.

Oral Language Game

Today we were playing an oral game in literacy. We had to mark where the mouse went and where the cat went. It was a very fun game. I think you would like the game too. It is very fun. Here is my map , this is what it looks like you have to draw arrows where the mouse and cat went.  Also it can help you with your English,listening and how to pronounce words well speaking out loud.

Te Taha Tinana

Today we were learning about Te Taha Tinana we had to do 5 poses this was very fun to do because we could make up our poses or use the poses that's already done.

Last week on Friday we had cross country it was really fun and to those who haven't ran yet had a dance battle.

Today we were learning about Taha Hinegaro which is emotional well being in class. We were doing tai chi in class for emotional well being to keep you relaxed,calm and fit.

Te Horeta

Today we were learning about Te Horeta. He was a young boy in 1769. He was a brave little boy once there was a huge boat coming. When they arrived in NZ they greeted each other. Everyone was a bit scared but Te Horeta wasn't scared. when they pulled out their gun there shot a bird in the distance everyone got scared from the sound of the gun everyone hid behind the trees and bushes but Te Horeta wasn't. After that James cook the owner of the boat allowed them onto his boat there traded some stuff of their own for their stuff. Te Horeta traded his clothes for something very important to him. I really liked this because he was a brave strong boy who wasn't afraid of anything.

Polyfest Maori Stage

Today for maths we were learning about adding,subtract,times and percentage it was fun because it was about polyfest. it was maori language week so we learnt about the maori group the question was how long does it take for the boys to put the Ta Moko on. or how many people can be on the stage. Some of the questions were easy.

Best Day Ever Sample

Today we had to write the best day with my family. The best day with my family was when we went to the pools and then to KFC. whats your best day with your family???

On Friday I had the best day ever. My family and my Mum’s aunty and her family came over. We meet at the panmure pools. I saw my cousins already in the water playing,while My brother was singing I asked him if I could get a vip pass and he said yes. The vip let me into all the places like the bombing pool and the water slide and other things too. When I walked over to my cousins I asked them if they wanted to go to the water slide and there said yes. So we went on the slide we kept on going and going and going until we got board. They said they were a bit tired so they went and sat down. While I went on and played. I went to the bombing while I was walking. I saw a lot of people there doing cool bombs. When they jumped off and hit the water  there, water went High up in the air. Then after that it was my turn to jump. When I jumped I did what the other people did when I jumped. The water went up into the air after the bombing pool closed. We went to kfc and ate lots of food. It was very nice then we all had to go back home.

Today we were learning about measurements. This was fun because most of them were easy.when I was getting closer to finishing it was getting harder and harder. Also at the end we had to do leaves 1 up to 6 to see where we were and I ended up at level 3.

Dragon's Eye Lake

This I'm work from today. We are learning about myths and legends. We are learning about a big lake that looks like a dragon's eye. And that is what it is called. The Rogoznica's Lake, it is a lake that looks like an eye. The lake is in Croatia. What I learned today was Rogoznica's Lake,. it is a lake that looks like a big eye. it doesn't connect to any other lakes or seas. The water comes from underground, that's why it's full. But first the dragon's eye Lake used to be a cave but then it collapsed and made a big round eye. then that's when the water started to come from underground. then it formed into a big lake. That was how the dragon's eye Lake was formed.  It is very deep so it is good for divers and jumpers because if it was not there could hit the ground because it would be going really fast.And hit his head on the ground when he was going to dive. There is a Myth that there were aliens that kept on landing there every 200 years.
