Valerie adams

Valerie Adams is an awesome New Zealand champion at the shot put. She wins the silver medal in Rio. USA come 1# but Valerie Adams tried her best.  She is 31 years old and she is a good player and she is a very nice, amazing and great and fun. She never gives up on one and she lost to be the best player now she is a very good and amazing 2# player now.  I hope that she comes 1#.  I will believe in her and she past 20 metres she has to throw a heavy ball.  She had to throw 3 balls at a time one by one.

Lisa Carrington

Lisa carrington was on the back boat she got a gold medal and a bronze medal she comes. first just in time and she got to carry the nz flag and she. 27 year old.

Good sportsmanship

They were a 200m race for women the nz women helped the usa and they win at the same time. And I think the nz women and the USA women.

The race

Usain bolt is so fast at running no one can  beat usain bolt he is so fast that no one can beat him. He wins the race got a gold medal.

The olympic flag

The Olympic flag is so cool. It was designed by Pierre de Coubertin. There are 5  rings on the flag. My favourite colour is green and I want to be a champion at running.
